Ralph Alessi (born 1963〔http://viaf.org/viaf/34651038/#Alessi,_Ralph〕 in San Francisco, California〔http://www.pmauriatmusic.com/us/artists/artist/126-ralph-alessi〕) is a jazz trumpeter and composer originally from San Rafael, California, probably better known for being a member of bands led by saxophonist Steve Coleman.
